Discussion on Disposal of Range Test Quality Problem

  • Unqualified products will be produced in a range identification test process. The disposal of the unqualified products is an important content of quality management in the range test process. Because the existing range quality system documents do not give detailed definition and disposal method of the unqualified products, it is difficult for the range test staff to accurately understand the definition and correctly execute the disposal method, which affects quality judgment and test efficiency. In this paper, the definition and classification of unqualified products are described. And the composition of examination organization for the unqualified products, the identification and examination of the un-qualified products, the disposal of the unqualified products, and the corrective measures are expounded. This study may provide a reference to the members involved in design approved test from range and related units.
