    Abstract
  • A torpedo program evaluation model is presented based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and the data envelopment analysis (DEA). Firstly the relative weight of a torpedo program in evaluation factors is calculated by using AHP, then an optimization model is established based on the theory of DEA taking torpedo program as decision-making units and relative weight of each program as output. The order of the torpedo program possibilities is obtained by computing the relative efficiency of the DEA model. The evaluation model is successfully applied in a practical project.
