Analysis of the Operations Concepts of American Military

  • 摘要: 探讨和解析美军作战概念是为了了解和学习美军如何设想战争和进行战争, 并希望引起足够的重视, 开展更深层次的作战理论研究和实践。文章首先根据众多美军出版物及相关文献, 总结提炼出美军作战概念的定义; 其次, 简要阐述了美军作战理论体系的3个要素: 军事战略、作战概念和作战条令, 指出作战概念是连接军事战略与作战条令的桥梁, 起着承上启下的作用, 并与两者相互促进, 不断向前滚动式发展; 最后, 按照发展时间顺序, 论述了“空地一体战”、“空海一体战”、“网络中心战”、“分布式杀伤”、“多域战”、“全域战”和“联合作战概念”等美军作战概念的发展脉络及其相互联系。并提出了对于作战概念研究、战略战术研究及依据“概念”、“体系”和“未来”进行装备研发的一些浅薄见解。
