Supportability Test and Evaluation Method in Torpedo Performance Evaluation Test Stage

摘要: 基于前期理论研究和部分试验基础, 针对新的性能鉴定试验要求中需进行保障效能初步评估这一规定, 通过对鱼雷寿命剖面和综合保障体系结构进行系统梳理, 重点从保障性活动试验与评价、保障资源试验与评价方面讨论鱼雷的保障性试验与评价实施过程中的关键问题, 优化了试验项目设计, 可为后续开展鱼雷性能鉴定试验阶段的保障性试验与评价工作提供参考。Abstract: Aiming at the preliminary evaluation of support effectiveness in the new torpedo performance evaluation test, this paper systematically combs the torpedo life profile and the integrated support system structure on the basis of the previous theoretical research and some tests. The key problems in the implementation of torpedo supportability test and evaluation are discussed in the aspects of supportability activity test and evaluation, and the support resources test and evaluation. Moreover, the design of the test items is optimized. This study may be helpful for the supportability test and evaluation in torpedo performance evaluation test stage.
