Energy Management Strategy Simulation on Underwater Fuel Cell Power System

摘要: 氢氧燃料电池作为一种将燃料化学能直接转化为电能的发电装置, 具有比能量和效率高等特点, 非常适于水下应用。文中针对水下环境中的氢氧燃料电池-蓄电池混合动力系统特性, 提出了一种功率跟随式的能量管理策略, 通过建立的动力系统simulink模型, 对能量管理策略的性能进行了验证。结果表明, 建立的控制策略能够充分利用蓄电池补充燃料电池不足, 对于燃料电池在水下环境中的应用具有一定参考。Abstract: Hydrogen-oxygen fuel cell, which can transfer reactants’ chemical energy into electric energy, is a kind of generator with high specific energy and efficiency, and it is very suitable for underwater application. This paper proposes a power-based energy management strategy(EMS) according to the features of a hydrogen-oxygen fuel cell/battery hybrid power system, and builds a model of the hybrid power system with the software Simulink to verify the feasibility of the EMS. Result shows that the EMS can make full use of the battery to complement the fuel cell.
