An Evaluation Method of Loading Reliability for Undersea Weapons

摘要: 装载可靠度是水中兵器可靠性评定中的重要指标, 文中提出了一种装载可靠度评估方法, 该方法基于测试策略和测试信息, 构造了极大似然函数, 并与现有的指数分布评估模型相结合, 改进了装载可靠度评估方法。该方法不需要假设故障点, 也不需要增加其他假设和限定条件, 对检测间隔时间的增大没有限制, 故使该方法更加客观,更具有通用性。同时,对于不同的测试策略, 可用该方法构造极大似然函数,制定相应的评估方法, 为武器装备装载可靠度评估提供参考。Abstract: The loading reliability is a key specification in the reliability evaluation of undersea weapons. In this paper, a method for evaluating the loading reliability of undersea weapons is proposed. This method utilizes the maximum likelihood theory to establish a maximum likelihood function based on test strategy and data, and to combine this function with the existing exponential distribution evaluation model. Hence, the existing loading reliability evaluation method is improved. This method neither assumes the fault point nor adds other assumptions and constraints, and it imposes no limitation on the increase of detec-tion interval time, so it is more objective and universal. At the same time, for different test strategies, the maximum likelihood function can be constructed by this method, and the corresponding evaluation method is formulated. This study may provide a reference for evaluation of weapon equipment loading reliability.
