Study on Load and Transmission Characteristics of Special Speed Reducer of Launcher

摘要: 为了充分了解发射装置特种减速器的工作性能, 考虑减速器的制造误差、安装误差、齿轮浮动和系统弹性, 建立了基于啮合误差理论的发射装置特种减速器齿轮传动系统动力学数学模型, 并进行了数值求解, 分析了发射装置特种减速器在瞬态工作时受载及扭矩传递特性, 得出了误差与均载系数、误差与扭矩振动之间的线性函数关系, 为进一步研究鱼雷发射装置特种减速器提供参考。Abstract: To understand the working performance of a launcher′s special speed reducer, a dynamic model of the reducer′s gear transmission system is established based on the theory of meshing error by considering the manufacturing error, installation error, gear floating, and system elasticity. This mathematical model is solved to analyze the transient working load and torque transmission characteristics of the reducer, hence the linear relations of the errors with the load sharing coefficient and the torque vibration are achieved. This study may provide a reference for further study of the special speed reducer of torpedo launcher.
