Investigation into Property of Lubricating System for Front Cover of Submarine Torpedo Launcher

摘要: 润滑系统是潜艇鱼雷发射装置的重要组成部分。针对前盖开闭过程中存在机械噪声的问题, 文中通过对前盖润滑系统结构组成及工作原理进行分析, 建立“润滑不充分”故障树, 分析影响鱼雷发射装置前盖开闭装置润滑特性的关键因素, 提出改进润滑系统性能的建议, 为全面开展潜艇润滑系统及鱼雷发射装置降噪研究提供新思路。Abstract: Aiming at the mechanical noise during opening/closing the front cover of a submarine torpedo launcher, the structure and operating principle of the front cover lubricating system are analyzed. A fault tree of ‘insufficient lubrication’ is established, the key factors influencing the property of the lubricating system are analyzed, and suggestions for improving the lubrication are offered. This study may provide an idea for the researches on submarine lubricating system and noise reduction.
