An Improved Evaluation Method of Torpedo Loading Reliability

摘要: 针对鱼雷传统装载试验方法和加速试验方法的特点, 文中提出改进的以装载试验为主、加速试验为辅的总体思路, 并采取扩大装载信息源、增加装载信息量、制定合适的检验方案等具体措施。通过各种信息综合评估,改进和完善装载可靠度鉴定试验方法, 达到提高装载可靠度鉴定置信度、适当降低研制方风险的目的。改进的装载可靠度鉴定方法可行性强, 可直接指导试验的实施工作。Abstract: Considering the characteristics of convention loading and accelerating test methods of a torpedo, an improved evaluation method of torpedo loading reliability is designed. The general idea is that giving priority to loading test and taking accelerating test as auxiliary. By extending test information source, increasing test data, establishing more reasonable test scheme and fully making use of different test evaluation information, convention loading reliability evaluation method is improved, the credibility of loading reliability test is elevated, and the risk for manufacturer is reduced properly. The improved method is feasible, and can be employed to guide implement of torpedo loading reliability evaluation test.
