Application of USB Tester Software Based on LabVIEW and DLL Technology to Torpedo

摘要: 为了适应鱼雷不断提升的计算、传输要求及功能的增强和体积质量的限制, 文中结合鱼雷便携测控设备的研制, 利用LabVIEW和Visual C++混合编程技术对USB便携式测试仪上位机软件进行重新开发, 使得在LabVIEW或LabWindows/CVI环境下实现对非NI硬件板卡的操作, 为兼顾开发效率并降低成本提出了一种新的尝试办法。经多次调试验证, 证明其能充分满足多型鱼雷发射装置的各种测试任务需求, 且对USB板卡以外的其他功能板卡的运用同样具有借鉴意义, 可为鱼雷软件应用技术开发提供参考。Abstract: To meet the ever-growing requirements of calculation and transmission as well as function enhancement and limitation of weight and size for a torpedo,the authors redeveloped the upper monitor software of portable USB tester by using the combined LabVIEW and Visual C++ programming method in design of a portable measuring and controlling equipment of a torpedo. Hence, the operation on the non-NI hardware board was realized in LabVIEW or LabWindows/CVI environment, which proposes a new way to balance between development efficiency and cost reduction. Several debugging processes verified that the tester fully meet the needs of different test tasks for different types of torpedo launchers. This redevelopment is able to be applied to other function board besides USB. It is provides reference for the development of torpedo software.
