A High-speed Optical Fiber Communication Bus in Torpedo Based on Complex Topological Structure

摘要: 随着鱼雷武器功能的增加、性能的提高以及执行作战任务的日益复杂, 传统采用的工业现场总线和行业总线难以适应未来信息化武器装备的发展, 鱼雷开放式总线通信技术已经成为大势所趋。根据鱼雷内部数据通信特点和需求, 开展了适合鱼雷内部使用光纤总线的拓扑分析和系统设计, 采用全双工交换以太网技术, 提出了一种基于复合拓扑结构的雷内高速光纤数据总线。设计分析和样机试验表明, 该总线具有高带宽、低延迟、可靠性好等优点, 可以满足鱼雷内部系统间信息共享要求。Abstract: With the increase of torpedo′s function, improvement of performance and more complex of task, the traditional industrial field bus is difficult to meet the demand of future informationalized weapons. Hence, open bus in torpedo becomes the general trend. In this study, a high-speed optical fiber communication bus in torpedo based on complex topological structure was proposed, topological analysis and system design of the optical fiber bus were carried out by using full-duplex communication ethernet network technique. Design analysis and prototype experiment indicate that the optical fiber bus has the advantages of large bandwidth, small delay and high reliability, can meet the requirement of information sharing in the systems for a torpedo, so it can be used in future torpedo to enhance informationalization of a torpedo.
