Cavitation Hydrodynamic Test for a New Grid Fin in Water Tunnel

摘要: 为了寻求一种新型的适用于水下航行器上的栅格翼, 开展了栅格翼外框剖面形状及格片数量对其流体动力特性影响的试验研究。通过对试验给出的4种栅格翼的流体动力特性研究发现, 其中一款低阻力外形栅格翼其剖面形状具有一定的减阻效果; 增加栅格翼格片的数量可以提高升力, 但同时也会增加阻力; 当栅格翼产生空化后, 其升力急剧下降, 而阻力略有降低。本文的试验结果可以为水下栅格翼的外形设计提供参考。Abstract: To design a new grid fin for an underwater unmanned vehicle, a test was carried out to investigate the influ-ences of the frame profile of grid fin and the number of grid plate on the hydrodynamic characteristics of grid fin. Four kinds of grid fins were tested to obtain their hydrodynamic characteristics, and the results indicate that: 1) the frame profile of one grid fin with low-drag shape has significant anti-drag effect; 2) increasing the number of grid plate can gain high lift force, but will increase drag; 3) as cavitation occurs on the grid fin, the lift force descends rapidly and the drag descends slightly.
