Efficacy Function Method for Comprehensive Performance Assessment of Torpedo

摘要: 鱼雷综合性能评估是鱼雷机判验收试验的关键步骤之一。为了对鱼雷性能做出系统评估, 需要对鱼雷各项受检项目进行综合考查, 得到一个能代表鱼雷整体性能的综合指标。本文为鱼雷实航试验综合性能评估提出了一种新的效用函数评估方法。该方法首先将各项目实测值相对无量纲化, 然后通过权重的调整进行绝对无量纲化, 并通过加权合成得出了该效用函数方法的定量评估结果。最后, 以实例验证了该方法的可行性。Abstract: To assess systematically the performance of a torpedo, one ought to check each item in its acceptance test and obtain the comprehensive index representing torpedo overall performance. A new efficacy function method is proposed for the comprehensive performance assessment in torpedo sea trial. The method first nondimensionalizes relatively the measured value of each item, and then nondimensionalizes absolutely the value by adjusting its weight. After weighted synthesis, quantitative assessment is gained by the efficacy function method. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through an example.
