Calculation and Analysis on Cooling Exhaust-gas of Torpedo Gas Turbine with Water spray

摘要: 使用燃气涡轮机可使鱼雷航速大幅度提高, 但由于涡轮机后废气温度较高, 对密封、轴承、润滑系统及航迹产生不利影响, 必须采取措施对废气进行冷却。本文详述了涡轮机废气喷水冷却的原理, 并基于工程热力学及流体力学基本理论, 建立了废气喷水冷却计算模型, 对不同工况下涡轮机废气冷却进行了计算, 得到了满足要求的最优喷水量和冷却后废气热力参数。计算结果为燃气涡轮机动力装置冷却系统设计提供了理论支撑。Abstract: To reduce harmful influence of torpedo gas turbine′s high-temperature exhaust-gas on the seal, bearings and lubrication, as well as the track of a torpedo, the principle of cooling turbine exhaust-gas with water spray is described. Corresponding calculation models are established following the theories of engineering thermodynamics and fluid dy-namics to calculate the parameters in cooling exhaust gas process with different conditions. Consequently, the optimum water consumption and the thermomechanical parameter of exhaust-gas after cooling are obtained. The calculated results could provide a technical support for cooling system design of torpedo gas turbine.
