An Accuracy Assessment Method of Water Entry Point for Rocket Assisted Torpedo

摘要: 为了解决火箭助飞鱼雷评定中样本量较少的问题, 提出了基于验前信息的小子样条件下的火箭助飞鱼雷入水点精度圆概率误差(CEP)评定方法。该方法针对传统方法中可信度计算主观性较强的缺点, 重新定义了相容性检验中的生产方风险, 增强了验前信息可信度计算的客观性。应用实例表明, 本文方法能在相同风险下, 减少试验所需鱼雷的条次数, 从而提高定型试验的效率和效益。Abstract: A circular error probable (CEP) assessment method based on priori information is presented to estimate water entry point accuracy for solving the problem of fewer test samples in evaluation of rocker assisted torpedoes. This method redefines the producer′s risk in compatibility check to improve the risk-based credibility calculating technique which has strong subjectivity, thus the objectivity of a priori information credibility is enhanced. The application of the present method indicates that the test samples can be reduced without evidently increasing consumers′ and the producers′ risks, and the efficiency of evaluation test can be increased.
