Discussion on Rotational Speed Fluctuation of External Shaft on Thermal Power System for Underwater Vehicle

摘要: 为分析热动力系统航行试验时出现的发动机外轴系统转速异常波动的现象。该文从系统角度出发,探讨了与发动机外轴系统联系紧密的发动机、发电机、航行器壳体、舵电机等部件的工作特性,建立了足以支撑工程问题分析的数学模型,并进行了分析与估算。指出,发动机外轴系统转速波动的主要原因是水下航行器用电器的电功率负荷变化,该电功率负荷变化的同时还对水下航行器横滚控制回路造成明显干扰。对于该扰动的不当响应将造成差动舵电机动作过于频繁,最终使得发动机外轴转速不能得到恢复。Abstract: The abnormal speed fluctuation of the external shaft was found in a thermal power system test. We systematically analyze the working properties of engine,electric generator, vehicle shell and rudder actuator, which are closely connected with the external shaft of engine, and establish a mathematic model to support the analysis and estimation. The conclusion is drawn that the rotational speed fluctuation of the engine external shaft is caused by the change of the electrical power load on electric devices, and this change of the electrical power load also disturb the roll control circuit. The improper response to the disturbance causes frequent movement of the differential rudder actuator, which makes the rotational speed of engine external can not get complete recovery in the end.
