Application and Simulation of VSS-DTC Control on Torpedo Electric Driving System

摘要: 针对鱼雷直流驱动系统结构复杂、电机转速和容量受限的问题,提出了采用直接转矩控制的永磁同步电机鱼雷电驱动系统。为了解决转矩控制中,电机存在磁链和转矩脉动较大,逆变器开关频率不恒定的问题,本文将滑模变结构控制策略引入永磁同步电机直接转矩控制中,仿真结果显示VSS-DTC控制能有效的改善系统的动、静态运行性能。Abstract: Aiming at the issues of structure complexity and limitations of motor speed and capacity in torpedo DC driving system, an electric driving system with permanent magnetic synchronous motor(PMSM) is proposed by adopting direct torque control(DTC). To solve those problems associating with conventional DTC of PMSM, such as high flux, large torque ripple, and variable switching frequency, a new variable structure sliding mode (VSS) control strategy is introduced. Simulation results show that VSS-DTC method improves the dynamic and static operational performances of the torpedo DC driving system.
