Virtual Reality of Shipborne Dispenser′s Metal Hose Releasing for Wire-Guided Torpedo

摘要: 线导鱼雷采用软管保护式艇上放线技术,实际工况下其金属软管释放的载荷及姿态等因素仿真模拟困难,该文采用虚拟样机技术对金属软管释放进行建模及动力学仿真分析,仿真结果与实际释放结果具有较高的相似度,为后续放线机构的设计与测试提供了一种新方法。Abstract: When torpedo′s wire-guided system releases wires, it needs a length of metal hose to protect the wires. It is hard to test its releasing process and load change due to the high releasing speed. So we establish a model by virtual prototype simulation technology, and analyze the dynamic performance of the metal hose during releasing process. Simulation results agree well with real releasing process. This study may offer a method for the design and test of successive dispensers.
