Parametric Modeling of Torpedo Shell Structure Based on APDL

摘要: 鱼雷壳体建模在鱼雷设计过程中是非常重要的一环。传统的鱼雷壳体建模方法仅利用CAD绘图软件通过GU I进行建模, 一旦有个别参数改变, 设计人员就必须重新建模, 严重浪费了设计资源。该文提出了一种基于ANSYS参数化设计语言( APDL) 的鱼雷壳体参数化建模方法, 只需改变几个设计参数即可使计算机重新自动进行建模, 既大量节省设计资源, 又有利于后期的鱼雷壳体优化。

Abstract: Modeling Torpedo shell structure is very important to torpedo overall design as well as shell structure optimization. The traditional torpedo shell structure modeling method establishes model with GUI via CAD drawing software, how ever once some parameters change, designers have to rebuild the model from the very beginning and result in waste of design resources. This paper presents a parametric modeling method for the torpedo shell structure based on the ANSYS parametric design language (APDL), with which remodeling can be automatically performed by computer through simply changing a few design parameters. The present method can save much design resources and facilitate the later torpedo shell optimization.-
