Parameters Optimization of Contra-Rotating Propeller Design

摘要: 螺旋桨设计的目的是在给定条件下,求出最佳推进效率ηD,从而使航行器在最小推进功率情况下,达到设计航速。通过优化对转螺旋桨参数,使对转螺旋桨的推进效率、噪声性能和空泡性能等有较大的改善。本文把对转螺旋桨的参数优化问题归结为3个参数(进速系数J,盘面比Ae/Ao,螺距比P/D) 的非线性约束优化问题,通过建立合适的数学模型,运用复合形法进行优化,可以获得较好的对转螺旋桨参数优化结果。Abstract: The purpose of contra-rotating propeller design is to obtain the best open propulsion efficiency(ηD),thus the ship can achieve the designed speed with minimum propulsion power.The propulsion efficiency,noise and cavitation of a contra-rotating propeller can be improved by parameters optimization of contra-rotating propeller. The parameters optimizazion of a contra-rotating propeller design includes the nonlinear restriction optimization of three parameters,i.e.advance coefficient J,disk ratio Ae/Ao and pitch ratio P/D.By using complex method,satisfactory parameters optimization result of the contra-rotating propeller can be obtained.
