A Localization Algorithm with Combined Subsets for Multistatic Sonar System

摘要: 为了改善双基地声纳在某些区域(如基线区、发射和接收站的侧边区)定位性能,最有效的方法就是增加发射和接收站的数量,形成多基地声纳系统。而目前较成熟的多基地算法的测量子集都包含3个测量量,基于此提出了一种将基于波达时间的多基地声纳定位算法(TOL)和基于方位测量的多基地声纳定位算法(BOL)的测量子集进行联合估计,并将这种新算法与包含6个测量量的测量子集的多基地声纳定位算法做比较。仿真结果证明,提出的联合测量子集定位算法的定位精度要比多基地TOL、BOL以及多个测量的多基地声纳定位算法的定位精度都要高。

Abstract: To improve the localization accuracy of bistatic sonar in such districts as baseline district, and side districts of transmitting and receiving stations, the most effective method is to increase the number of transmitting and receiving stations, which forms a multistatic sonar system. The mature algorithms for multistatic sonar system are the multistatic time-only localization (TOL) algorithm and the multistatic bearing-only localization (BOL) algorithm, which contain three measurements in one subset. This paper proposes a new algorithm by combining multistatic TOL algorithm and multistatic BOL algorithm for multistatic sonar system. The simulation results show that the proposed localization algorithm exhibits highest accuracy compared with the multistatic TOL algorithm, the multistatic BOL algorithm and the algorithm whose subset contains six measurements. -
