Discussion on Informatized Test Technical System of Naval Military Equipment

摘要: 未来信息战客观要求海军催生大量的信息化装备,大量信息化技术运用到各种装备上,对装备试验提出了全新的要求,因此,必须更新试验技术体系,建立信息化试验靶场。这一目标的提出,需要信息化试验技术体系的支撑。本文对创建海军军事装备信息化试验技术体系进行了探讨,论述了信息化试验技术体系的一些基本问题,并以知识处理为该技术体系的逻辑起点,提出了基于网络环境的多传感器信息融合思想,以及采用多维感知系统实现试验单向透明等概念,建立了装备试验系统“量子化”的动力学方程,旨在为建立装备信息化试验技术体系做有意义的探讨,这对提高信息化靶场的鉴定和试验能力具有现实意义。Abstract: Future informatization warfare of navy force demands a large number of informatized equipments, which results in new requirements for the equipment test. To update test technical system and build informatized test range, we discuss the establishment of informatized test technical system for naval military equipment, present an idea of multi-sensor information fusing based on network environment, and propose a concept for realizing the unidirectional transparentness of the test using multi-dimensional sensing systems, and establish a dynamic equation of the "quantized" equipment test system.
