Development of Multidisciplinary Design Optimization in Torpedo General Design

摘要: 多学科设计优化是世界各国工业设计界新兴的研究领域,是解决复杂系统工程问题的有效手段。本文概述了多学科设计优化技术的研究进展,重点介绍了其组成要素、求解策略和典型优化框架的评估与比较。通过对鱼雷总体多学科体系结构的研究,将鱼雷总体设计划分为7个学科领域,以协作优化算法为例探讨了多学科设计优化在鱼雷总体设计中的应用方法,给出了设计模型,并指出了其研究方向和技术难点。Abstract: Multidisciplinary design optimization (MDO) is a new field within engineering design all over the world. It is regarded as an effective and prospective solution to complex engineering systems. This paper studies the developments in MDO, and particularly discusses several key technologies, such as constituent elements, algorithms and optimization framework. Dividing the torpedo general design into seven subjects based on collaborative optimization(CO), a method of MDO in torpedo general design is proposed and analyzed, including shape, structure, trajectory, propulsion, guidance system, warhead,and distribution and weigh design. The application of MDO via CO algorithm to torpedo general design is discussed, a design model is presented, and the technical difficulties and future research trend are indicated.
