Analysis of Initial State Control Problem and Solution for Torpedo Control System

摘要: 针对特定鱼雷调试过程中出现的重要信号初态不稳定的故障现象,通过对其电路实现原理的深入分析,指出了故障是由54F373锁存器在上电期间状态不确定引起的,并提出了RC充电电路封锁初态和复位信号封锁初态2种技术改进方案。在充分试验验证的基础上,考虑到产品状态更改的便捷和工作可靠性,优选了“复位芯片+上拉电阻”解决方案,从根本上解决了因初态不稳定引起的控制系统不可靠的问题。Abstract: In the process of debugging some certain torpedoes, a unstable initial state of important signal was found, which causes the components of control system unreliable. Based on the analysis of the torpedo circuitry, the fault was discovered due to unstable charged state of 54F373 latch. Two methods were accordingly presented to eliminate the fault. Finally, the scheme " reset chip + pull-up resistor" was selected through a large number of tests considering the alterability of product state and operational reliability. The result shows that the initial state control problem in torpedo control system has been completely solved.
