Introduction to Development and Applications of Marine Laser Welded Lightweight Sandwich Panel in the US Navy and European Countries

  • 摘要: 激光焊接波纹夹芯板(LASCOR)结构能够减轻重量,减少占据空间,降低噪音和振动,增强防火安全性和热绝缘性,改善防撞击性,通过精确预制可降低制造成本,便于快速组装,通过板和接头的模块制造,可灵活组装。采用激光焊接可减少焊接变形和提高生产率,改善焊缝耐蚀性。该结构已在舰船(甲板、舱室隔板、升降机门、机库房门、航空母舰的偏流板) ,海洋平台(住居舱室、平台),桥梁面板,汽车,列车和建筑等部门得到广泛的应用。文中概述了目前美欧各国LASCOR 结构在海军和船舶制造工业中取得的成果,以期对我国造船工业和海军舰艇夹层结构的开发研究有所启示
