Allan Variance Analysis of Fiber-optic Gyroscope Zero-drift Signal

摘要: 介绍了数字光纤陀螺(FOG)零漂实验的设备及环境,在测得特定光纤陀螺静态零漂信号的基础上,运用Allan方差理论对陀螺零漂信号进行定量的分析,得到了光纤陀螺角随机游走、零偏不稳定性、速率随机游走、速率斜坡和量化噪声5个误差源系数的大小,通过对各系数大小的分析,确定出该光纤陀螺在使用中有较大影响的误差源为角随机游走和零偏不稳定性系数,为该光纤陀螺进行各种误差补偿提供了理论依据。Abstract: The equipment and environment of fiber-optic gyroscope (FOG) zero-drift experiment are introduced. The hardware and software of the equipment are designed to collect the signal of FOG. Based on Allan variance theory, the zero-drift signal is quantitatively analyzed to get five coefficients of error source, including angle random walk,bias instability,rate random walk, rate ramp and quantized noise, among which the angle random walk and bias instability coefficients exert main influences on FOG. The results are expected to become a theoretical basis for error compensation of FOG.
